CPI is falling, VIX is falling, Prices are rising, people are still bearish. Why?

Market Performance:

Is it 2021? The stock market had itself a week on fire. The S&P500 was up 2.42%, the Dow 30 was up 2.29% and Nasdaq was up 3.32%. Last week, I wrote this is “The Dow Jones Better Not F*ck This Up” and it was perfect timing.

Don’t forget, it’s a BULL MARKET baby.

Volatility Corner:

VIX / VVIX improved. Blue up is good, blue down is bad. We went back up. This signal shouldn’t be ignored. It’s important to know, things look good and can get better from here. We can see down weeks like last week but sideways to up shouldn’t be a surprise.

US Index Review:

Great week for America. Indexes flew, CPI fell and no banks failed. Yippee! Our bar is so low right now in the market, no wonder we climb this wall of worry. Negative comments build bull markets.
